暑期交流项目报名丨2018中韩领导力项目

The China-Korea LEADership Program was launched in the year 2012 to commemorate the 20th anniversary of China-Korea diplomatic normalization. This program is an academic exchange program where undergraduate/graduate level students from China and Korea spend total of 20 days together (10 days in China, 10 days in Korea). The program consists of four main programs of “Learning”, “Experience”, “Argumentation” and “Discovery”. Participants are given chances to listen to lectures from prominent scholars of the two countries, to go on field trips for experience, and to participate in discussions and autonomous research and group work in order to understand the issues that define the future of China and Korea. Through mutual experience and discussions, participants will have a quality time to develop creative ideas and understand each other. The 2018 China-Korea LEADership Program looks forward to greet participants who will be the eligible leaders for the betterment of future China-Korea relations.

Host Institution:The Korea Foundation for Advanced Studies (韩国高等教育财团)

Partner Institutions: Peking University, Fudan University, Tsinghua University, and Renmin University of China

Period: July 6th 2018 – July 26th 2018 (21 Days)[07.06(FRI)-16(MON) China Program / 07.16MON)-26(THU) Korea Program]

Participants: Undergraduate/Graduate Level Students from China and Korea

Number of Participants: Total 70 Persons (35 Chinese, 35 Korean)

Qualification  

(1)Korean nationals enrolled in undergraduate/graduate level institutions

(2)Chinese nationals enrolled in the below Chinese institutions

- Peking University

- Fudan University

- Tsinghua University

- Renmin University of China

(3)Available to communicate in English (English is the official language of this program) 

Selection Process: Document Screening and Interview

Application Documents

Please complete the designated application form (Excel File) Application Form 2018_Distribute.xls and write the required essays.

Note:    

(1)All contents must be written in English

(2)Abide by the instructions presented in the application form

(3)The two essay questions are the important evaluation factors

Note

The KFAS supports flight tickets, accommodation, visa, and stipend for the participants.

All successful participants will be given the certificate of completion.

The best winning team will be given opportunity to participate in the Beijing Forum 2018 (November 2018) Student Panel (Flight tickets and Accommodation provided).
